1. Who we are

2. How the law protects you.

4. Where we collect personal information from

  • Content - Information about the content of your files and communications when necessary to provide you with the products you use. This can include the filenames, file types, photos, videos in-app messages, chat, or other functionality. We also may collect the content of messages you send to us, like feedback and product reviews you write, or questions and information you provide for customer support. To share photos and video, we will access your device camera roll and camera with your permission. If you need to update your permissions, you can do so in the “Settings” app of your device. When you contact us, phone conversations or chat sessions with representatives may be monitored and recorded subject to applicable law and your consent where it's required.
  • Device data - Information about your device and its software, such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, device type/model/manufacturer, operating system, date and time stamp, and a unique ID that allows us to uniquely identify your browser, mobile device, or your account (including, for example, a persistent device identifier or an Ad ID), and other such information. We may also work with third-party partners to employ technologies, including the application of statistical modeling tools, which permit us to recognize and contact you across multiple devices.
  • YouTube authentication and authorization - We store tokens and account names. The token is erased when you delete your account, and it changes when you change your account. The name is fetched on the fly where we use it, based on the token that we save
Data from outside organisations
  • Federations or Sport Associations those partners might provide us with their user ID or other identifier to merge your profile with their account. Partners receive your data when you visit or use their services or through third parties they work with. We require each of these partners to have lawful rights to collect, use and share your data before providing any data to us.
Information we collect in relation to social networks

If you use any of our social network applications, pages, or plug-ins, or if you use one of our products or services that allow interaction with social networks, we may receive information relating to your social network accounts. For example: If you log in to one of our websites, applications, or services using your social network account, we may receive basic details from your social network profile. The basic details we receive may depend on your social network account privacy settings; however, they might include your social network ID, name, profile picture, gender, or location. We may also receive additional information from your profile if you give us permission to access it.

5. How long we keep your personal information

This section explains how long we may keep your information for and why We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you and others, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you with the Acenta Padel Tour App services, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your Acenta Padel Tour App account. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law. They stay on your device and get sent back to the website they came from, when you go there again. Cookies store information about your visits to that website, such as your choices and other details. 9. How to withdraw your consent

This section explains what to do if you no longer want us to hold or use your personal information. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact us using privacy@teamacenta.com if you want to do so. This will only affect the way we use information when our reason for doing so is that we have your consent. See the section 'Your Rights' about more generally restricting use of your information. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. If this is so, we will tell you.

For SportCam users who stream to YouTube and used authentication and authorization (the process by which users identify themselves and consent to allow SportCam to access certain user-specific data ) in addition to the normal procedure of revoking access inside app settings, users can revoke access to their data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

10. Letting us know if your personal information is incorrect

Here you can find out how to contact us if you think the information we hold for you is wrong, incomplete or out of date. You have the right to question any information we have about you that you think is incorrect. We'll take reasonable steps to check this for you and correct it. 11. How to get a copy of your personal information

This section tells you where to write to us to get a copy of your personal information, and how to ask for a digital file you can use yourself or share easily with others. You can do this online or by writing to us. You can get a copy of all the personal information we hold about you by downloading it by clicking the link in your profile settings page or by asking us in our privacy@teamacenta.com.

When you want to share your data with outside companies

You also have the right to get certain personal information from us as a digital file, so you can keep and use it yourself, and give it to other organisations if you choose to. If you wish, we will provide it to you in an electronic format that can be easily re-used. You can get a copy of all the personal information we hold about you by downloading it by clicking the link in your profile settings page or send us an email on privacy@teamacenta.com

12. Your rights

What if you want us to stop using your personal information? This section explains about your right to object and other data privacy rights you have - as well as how to contact us about them.

You can object to us keeping or using your personal information. This is known as the 'right to object'.

You can also ask us to delete, remove, or stop using your personal information if there is no need for us to keep it.

This is known as the 'right to erasure' or the 'right to be forgotten'. There may be legal or other official reasons why we need to keep or use your data. But please tell us if you think that we should not be using it. We may sometimes be able to restrict the use of your data. This means that it can only be used for certain things, such as legal claims or to exercise legal rights. You can ask us to restrict the use of your personal information if:

This is so that we can provide you with products and services, run our business, and obey rules that apply to us. If you are a player of a sport that is linked to a tournament and you registered to that tournament, information will be shared with the organizer and the ranking entity

General business

Outside companies we use to help grow and improve our business.

  • We use Flutterflow to manage users' subscriptions or upgrade plans.
  • We use VIPPS to manage payment information, and process payments.
  • This might be a club or a sport organisation for a sport that you practice
Company mergers and takeovers

We may also share your personal information if the make-up of Acenta Padel Tour App AS Group changes in the future:

  • We may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business, or our assets. Or we may try to bring other businesses into Acenta AS Group. This is sometimes called Mergers & Acquisitions or 'company takeovers'.
  • During any such process, we may share your data with other parties involved. We'll only do this if they agree to keep your data safe and private.
  • If the change to our Group happens, then other parties may use your data in the same way as set out in this notice
Public information

They can be seen by anyone, on or off our Products, including if they don't have an account. This includes your player ID which is included in your profile link; any information you share with a public audience; information in your public profile on Acenta Padel Tour App (Name, Surname, Nationality, Player ID number); Events (Tournaments, Leagues), Rankings, Organization, Score Board with match Results, Timetable. Other people using Acenta Padel Tour App, and we can provide access to or send public information to anyone on or off our Products, including in other Acenta App AS Group Products, in search results, or through tools and APIs. Public information can also be seen, accessed, reshared or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs, and offline media such as TV, and by apps, websites and other services that integrate with our Products. Information about your activity or presence on our Products. People in your networks can see you progress, event you participated in, current Rank.

When you register and activate your account in our system your Player Profile will be created. Any admin who create new event, can add your profile to his new event. You will get notification when it happened and you have an option to sing off. If you don't want to be auto added to the event or Club League, you can go to your profile settings and turn off this option.

We need your Data of Birth to match your profile to correct age group in Rankings. If you don't wish to show your Data of Birth in your public profile, you can send us an email to privacy@teamacenta.com. But nevertheless it still be used to match your age group in Rankings and show your natural age class in Rankings.

14. How we work out what marketing you receive

We use marketing to let you know about products, services and offers that you may want from us. This section tells you how we decide what marketing to show or send you. It also explains how we work out what you may be interested in.

We can only use your personal information to send you marketing messages if we have either your consent or a 'legitimate interest'. That is when we have a business or commercial reason to use your information. It must not conflict unfairly with your own interests.

We do not sell the information we have about you to outside organisations.

We may ask you to confirm or update your choices, if you take out any new products or services with us in future.

We will also ask you to do this if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business.

If you change your mind you can contact us to update your choices at any time.
